Terms & Conditions

  1. An Application Form must be completed and we will then advise you if we have a vacancy.
  2. Upon a vacancy occurring and the place being accepted, a Registration Form must be completed and returned with the registration fee.  Please note that the Registration Fee must be paid in full, prior to the child/children commencing their settling in sessions.
  3. All of our fees are invoiced monthly (in advance).  There is a 10% reduction for siblings.
  4. There will be no refunds or deductions given for temporary or occasional absence.
  5. Holidays:- 50% on a maximum of 2 ‘nursery weeks’ (from September to August).  4 weeks notice is required by filling in a holiday request form.
  6. We are open 51 weeks of the year. Fees are payable throughout the year apart from when the nursery is closed for one week at Christmas and Bank Holidays.
  7. Fees can be paid directly into the nursery's bank account, by cash, cheque or in the form of nursery vouchers.  We accept all nursery vouchers.
  8. If your child starts part way through a particular month, we will ask for this months' pro-rata fee in advance.
  9. If your child’s place is no longer required, or you would like to change the sessions you have booked, then please confirm this in writing at least 4 weeks in advance.
  10. Please label clearly every item of your child’s clothing to avoid confusion.
